At this time, we need to clean the small loaders from time to time. In general, the cycle of flushing small loaders accessories is determined by the system. It is determined by the structure and the degree of system contamination. If the sample of the filter medium has no or very little foreign contamination, install a new oil filter, remove the flushing plate, and install the valve on the loader. Planned and purposeful maintenance , then how to flush the small loader accessories, 1. Insufficient amount of oil: If the amount of oil is insufficient, the amount of oil pumped by the oil pump will decrease, resulting in a drop in oil pressure and aggravate the wear of crankshaft and bearings, cylinder liner and piston. 2. The engine temperature is too high: If the engine temperature is too high, it will not only accelerate the aging and deterioration of the oil, but also easily make the oil thinner, resulting in a drop in oil pressure. 3. The oil pump stops or the pump oil volume is insufficient: the fixed pin of the driving gear of the oil pump and the driving shaft is broken or the matching key falls off, and the oil pump sucks foreign matter and the oil pump gear is stuck, which will make the oil pump stop running. The pressure also drops to 0. When the clearance between the oil pump shaft and the bushing, the clearance between the gear end face and the pump cover, the tooth side clearance or the radial clearance exceeds the allowable value due to wear, it will lead to a decrease in the pump oil volume, resulting in a drop in oil pressure. 4. Excessive clearance between crankshaft and connecting rod bearing: After the engine is used for a long time, the matching clearance between the crankshaft and the connecting rod bearing will gradually increase, and the oil pressure will also decrease. 5. The oil filter is blocked: When the oil cannot flow due to the blockage of the oil filter, the safety valve of the loader on the oil filter base will be opened, and the oil will directly enter the main oil passage without being filtered. If the opening pressure of the safety valve is adjusted too high and the oil filter is blocked, the safety valve cannot be opened in time, so the pressure of the oil pump increases, the internal leakage increases, and the oil supply of the main oil passage decreases, causing the oil pressure to drop. 6. Damage or failure of the oil return valve: If the spring of the oil return valve is fatigued and softened or adjusted improperly, the mating surface of the valve seat and the steel ball is worn or blocked by dirt and is not tightly closed, the oil return volume will increase significantly, and the main oil passage The oil pressure will also decrease.
