In severe cases, it can cause scratches or bite marks on precisely-fitting friction surfaces, leading to failure. 3. Loosening occurs There are deviations in the geometry and fit dimensions of newly machined and assembled parts for small loaders. In the early stage of use, due to the influence of alternating loads such as shock and vibration, as well as the influence of factors such as heat and deformation, and the rapid wear and tear of the reasons, the originally fastened parts are easy to loosen. 4. Leakage occurs Due to the loosening and vibration of the machine parts of the small loader and the influence of the machine heating, the sealing surface and pipe joints of the machine will leak, and it is difficult to find some defects such as casting and machining during the assembly and debugging process. However, due to the vibration and shock acting during operation, these defects are exposed and manifested as oil (water) leakage, so leakage is easy to occur during the running-in process. 5. There are many mistakes in operation Due to insufficient understanding of the structure and performance of small loaders (especially for new operators), it is easy to cause malfunctions or even mechanical accidents due to operational errors.
