1. Before starting, observe that there are no obstacles and pedestrians in the front and rear of the machine, lift the bucket about 500 mm above the ground, and honk the horn before starting. During driving, depending on the road conditions, a high-speed gear can be selected. Lifting and flipping the bucket during driving is strictly prohibited.
2. The backhoe loader operator should choose a low gear when working. When walking, try to avoid lifting the bucket too high. According to different soil qualities, different digging methods should be used, and try to insert from the front to prevent the bucket from being stressed on one side. When working on loose and uneven sites, you can put the lift rod in the floating position to make the bucket work on the ground.
3. The driving road should be flat, and it is not allowed to operate on the site with an inclination exceeding the prescribed, and the transportation distance should not be too large. When the bucket is fully loaded, the bucket should be kept low.
4. When working on a loose and uneven site, the shovel arm can be placed in the floating position, so that the bucket can be pushed forward smoothly. If the propulsion resistance is too large, the shovel arm can be slightly raised. When loading, the bucket should be inserted from the front at a low speed to prevent the bucket from being stressed on one side.
5. When unloading the soil to the transport vehicle, it should be slow, the bucket should be at a suitable height, and the forward turning and returning position should not collide with the carriage.
6. Always pay attention to the running sound of the parts, and stop the machine immediately to troubleshoot if any abnormal response is found. When the engine cannot run and requires traction, the steering cylinders should be kept free to move.
7. When shoveling soil (material), it is not allowed to increase the throttle and insert the bucket into the soil (material) pile at high speed to load the material. Use low-speed insertion to place the bottom of the bucket on the parallel ground, then lower the shovel arm and follow the The ground gradually increases the engine speed and drives forward, and at the same time, the soil (material) is rolled up to reduce the resistance encountered by the bucket.
8. When unloading, apply the clutch pedal to brake, so that it is advisable to turn the bucket forward without touching the car box, and the unloading should be slow to reduce the impact on the car box. After the shovel arm moves up or down to the limit, the joystick should be quickly returned to the neutral position to avoid noise and malfunction of various parts under the action of the safety valve.
9. When walking and turning, turn as slowly as possible, use the brake pedal to decelerate, and strictly prohibit slipping. Always pay attention to the working conditions of various instruments and indicating signals, pay attention to listening to the working sounds of the engine and other parts, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after the fault is eliminated.
10. After stopping, the backhoe loader should be parked on a hard ground. If it is parked on a ramp, the front and rear tires should be wedged with triangular wood. After the operation is stopped, put the bucket on the ground, put the spool valve handle in the neutral position, and apply the handbrake.
