During the shovel loading process, the first gear should be selected, and the shovel loading can be completed with a relatively small throttle. When the throttle is small, the speed of the diesel engine is low, not only the fuel consumption is low, but also the flow rate of the hydraulic system of the working device is small, and the overflow loss is small, thereby further reducing the diesel oil consumption. Avoid the stall of the torque converter. When the loader bucket inserts the material pile and strips the material, it may be difficult to insert and strip due to the hard material. Even if the diesel throttle is increased, the forward speed of the loader is still zero. This phenomenon is called torque change. gear stall. When the torque converter stalls, the fuel consumption of the diesel engine is very high. All the energy generated by the diesel engine is absorbed by the torque converter and converted into heat, and is dissipated into the atmosphere through the torque converter oil radiator. At this time, the working efficiency of the loader is zero. The loader has an organic cooperation between the lifting and the bucket control lever. The general shovel excavation process of the loader is to place the bucket flat on the ground and smoothly drive to the material pile. When the bucket encounters resistance when shoveling parallel to the material pile, the principle of lifting the arm first and then retracting the bucket should be followed first, which can effectively avoid the resistance at the bottom of the bucket, so that the larger breakout force can be fully exerted. When the loader can only move forward but not backward, you should first check whether the pressure indicated by the shift pressure gauge is normal. If the pressure of the reverse gear decreases, it proves that there is too much oil leakage in the reverse gear, and the gearbox must be lifted out and all disassembled for inspection. Take out the reverse gear piston of the loader, replace the piston ring, check the damage of the friction plate, replace the more severely worn friction plate, and re-adjust the reverse gear gap to 1.6-2.6mm; if the reverse gear does not depressurize, it proves that The forward gear is stuck. If the reverse gear slips and the reverse gear cannot travel, the gearbox must be lifted and disassembled to check whether the isolation ring above the first gear ring gear is broken. Because the broken piece can jam the first friction plate and make the reverse friction plate slip and not work, it can only move forward but not backward. The isolation ring can be taken out and replaced with a new one.
