1. Selection of models: The selection and determination are mainly based on the operation occasion and use. Generally, the operation is carried out in quarries and soft bases, and crawler loaders are mostly used;
2. Choice of power: Generally, diesel engines for construction machinery are used. In special areas, such as places with an altitude higher than 3000m, special plateau diesel engines should be used.
3. Selection of transmission type: hydraulic-mechanical transmission is generally used. One of the key components is the choice of torque converter form. At present, most of the loaders produced in my country use twin-turbo, single-stage two-phase hydraulic torquers.
4. When selecting a loader, the braking performance of the loader should also be fully considered, including multiple braking, parking braking and emergency braking. There are three types of brakes: shoe type, caliper disc type and wet multi-disc type. The drive mechanism of the brake generally adopts the afterburner device, and its power source includes compressed air, air cap oil and hydraulic type. At present, the air-cap oil braking system is commonly used, and a dual-circuit braking system is generally used to improve the safety of driving.
After the loader leaves the factory, it is generally stipulated that there is a running-in period of about 60 hours (some are called the running-in period), which is stipulated according to the technical characteristics of the loader in the early stage of use. The running-in period is an important link to ensure the normal operation of the loader, reduce the failure rate and prolong its service life. Some users ignore the special technical requirements of the running-in period of the new machine due to lack of common sense in the use of loaders, or because of tight construction schedules, or because they want to get profits as soon as possible. Some users even think that the manufacturer has a warranty period anyway, and the manufacturer is responsible for the maintenance of the machine when it is broken, so the machine is overloaded for a long time during the running-in period, resulting in frequent early failure of the machine, which not only affects the normal use of the machine, The service life of the machine is shortened, and the progress of the project is also affected by the damage of the machine. Therefore, full attention should be paid to the application and maintenance of the loader's running-in period.
